Our Facility
A purpose built facility with state-of-the-art technologies
Located in Singapore, our 60,000 sq. ft. facility is fully equipped with state- of- the- art labs, including 17 animal rooms, an in-house aerosol lab, animal biosafety labs*, necropsy, histology, analytical and bioanalytical, cell biology, tissue culture and microbiology labs. The facility is fully capable of enabling timely analysis of your study endpoints, accelerating your “time to market” goals.

Vectura Fertin Pharma Laboratories is a GLP, AAALAC and ISO17025 accredited test facility and has been subjected to a rigorous annual inspection scheme under the national GLP compliance monitoring program since 2011. Our scope of GLP registration includes both in-vivo and in-vitro toxicology and genotoxicity studies. Non-clinical studies conducted in Vectura Fertin Pharma Laboratories are also performed in accordance with the OECD Principles of Good Laboratory Practice. As a full adherent member of the OECD Mutual Acceptance of Data Framework, data from studies conducted are also internationally recognized and accepted across key markets including the US, European and Asia Pacific markets.

Our Animals in Research
Our commitment to uphold the highest standards of animal welfare
We strongly believe that good animal welfare equals good science, and our team upholds animal welfare standards in the highest regard. Our facility has been accredited by the International Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care (AAALAC) since 2012, and adheres to local animal welfare guidelines and regulations*. All animal studies conducted at our facility are subject to approval from the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC). We follow the principles of the “3Rs” in animal research: Replace, Reduce, and Refine. At the heart of our animal care and use program is a dedicated and highly trained team of veterinary care staff supporting the Attending Veterinarian in ensuring the day-to-day welfare of all study animals.
